Personal Information Policy
There were some concerns about personal information on the internet, so I thought I should explain what exactly I post on the site:

1. Every author and artist will have a "personal" page. Basically, this is a page each author and artist will have that lists their name, feedback method (e-mail, form, etc..) and all stories and artwork in the archive that is attributed to them. It may also list websites they maintain or websites where visitors can find more of their work. If an author/artist wishes, it can also be a true personal page in the sense that they can a have bio information, an interview, pictures of themselves, a list of their favorite links, and more on the page. This will only be done if the author gives me explicit permission to have such information on their page and provides me the info with formatting instructions.

2. The only personal information I regularly post onto the site is the author/artist name (real or pen) and an e-mail address for feedback purposes. Any other information will only be posted after I have either discussed it with the author/artist or the author/artist has e-mailed me and asked me to post it on their personal page.

3. I will post whatever name you use when sending out your stories. If you want me to change the name posted to the archive, I ask that you e-mail me privately and tell me so.

4. The contact e-mail address that I have on file for you is the one I will automatically post on the site. The address on file is usually the one you use to post to the mailing list.

5. If you'd rather have a different e-mail address posted on the site, please e-mail and tell me so.

6. If you'd rather have no e-mail address on the site, please e-mail me and tell me so. I ask that you inform me if you'd like one of the following other possibilities as a feedback method:
